I love Nashville. And so does Gwyneth Paltrow.

This Weekend

Our weekend was so productive, yet so relaxing. We ate at The Local Taco (a new favorite), got lots of chores done around the house, took long walks with Darcy, grilled out for the first time in 2010, and browsed camping items. As exciting as our weekend was, Joey and Lauren's was a little more eventful... they got engaged! Yay!

Life Since Barbados

So, we obviously had an amazing vacation, but life hasn't been mundane since we've been home.
Last weekend we went camping with Aimee and Nick at
Land Between the Lakes.
The beautiful sunset on our drive Friday.

Darcy's first camping trip... and my second... but not our last!

We watched the sunrise on Saturday morning.

Our 5 (plus) mile hike. It's impossible to get 3 dogs in a picture... trust me, we tried.

Nap time

Our campsite

And we celebrated Darcy's 3rd birthday (2nd with us) on the 22nd.

Darcy loved her new monkey, but she doesn't love her new "summer" haircut as much.

Barbados: Day 7

Last day...
Saying bye to BarbadosWe went on one last adventure. I saw a wooden monkey on our very first day while in Bathsheba. I didn't get it, but I unsuccessfully looked everywhere for another one the rest of the trip. So, on our way to the airport we took a slight detour to go back to Bathsheba for the monkey.

The cliff walls are painted so cars won't crash into them.
Bathsheba
My monkey!
Keith drove and I navigated.
So sad to leave after a wonderful trip!
