April Bump Update
6 months down, 3 months to go! If how the last month has gone is any indication, it's going to be a long (hot) 3 months. I've started feeling uncomfortable most of the time. I have very little to wear already. My belly is always in the way, which makes getting Parker dressed, picking up a dropped pen, or scooting up to the dinner table all annoying. I've been extra klutzy, breaking a vase at my aunt and uncle's house and a bowl full of cereal at home. I haven't been sleeping that well (plus Parker's an early riser- not a good combo). I've had some back pain radiating down into my right leg to my knee, but it thankfully hasn't been constant. I'm just trying to stay hydrated and count my many blessings- a healthy Baby Girl (to be named) on the way, a supportive husband, and a precious little two year old boy who I just know will be a big help. I'm also really hoping that despite all of the sweets I've been eating I'll manage to pass the glucose test at my next appointment on May 7.

Happy Easter!
Easter baskets
A birthday breakfast (it was party day after all)
Egg hunting
and a long family walk
(in addition to church and a birthday lunch) made Easter Sunday a fun and full day!

Cheekwood in Bloom!
Keith and I took Parker to Cheekwood on Thursday afternoon to kick off his birthday weekend. Cheekwood in the Spring is beautiful! This year there were 100,000 tulips. The biggest hit of the afternoon, though, was the train exhibit.

Parker is TWO!
Our baby boy turned TWO on April 19, 2014. We are so proud of the little guy he has become and are excited to see how he continues to grow- physically, emotionally, and spiritually. He's brought us so much joy and has made every day an adventure. We're so blessed to be his parents!
We had little treats for P throughout the whole weekend, starting with an afternoon visit to Cheekwood on Thursday (pics to come). Friday after dinner at Burger Up we took him to Las Paletas for a popsicle. He decided he had to have both his own and Mommy's.
| I have no idea where he gets that attitude. ;) |

| These Lego Duplo cars have been a HUGE hit! |
Then breakfast. Priorities. ;)
A trip to the Franklin Farmer's Market.
A stop at Lowe's. Don't judge. We're mid-project (shocker) and plus P loved it.
And then we spent a good bit of the day outside.
Parker LOVES Taziki's Friday Pasta. Perfect dinner.
Party day was Easter Sunday! We had the family over (including Claire!) for lunch (barbeque, another one of P's favorites) and more presents.
Happy 2nd Birthday, Parker man! xoxo
