As the weather gets better and Keith and I are actually home on the weekends we're starting to put the plan for our yard into action. Saturday we spent part of the afternoon shopping for plants and then the rest of the afternoon playing in the dirt. My favorite purchase is a pink azalea bush. It reminds me of my grandmother. I tried to talk Keith into buying a magnolia tree too, which really reminds me of home, but we have a large willow tree to deal with first. There's a lot left to do, but we're excited to have a little color in the yard, even if there's no grass yet (sod is on the list).
